Military evades sanctions by using hobbyists’ motorised aircraft to bomb civilians in opposition-held territoryThey appear after midnight, slowly crossing Myanmar’s skies. The motorised paragliders are improvised aircraft, suspending small metal frames from brightly coloured sails.
